At in lieu, our name speaks to our purpose.

Our identity is shaped by the word liu (流), Chinese for “flow,” honoring the natural movement of water and the philosophy of living in harmony with it. It also echoes the French word l’eau, meaning water — a quiet nod to our beginnings in Hong Kong, a city where East and West meet with effortless grace.
