Wellness with in lieu: Flow and Friends Puppy Yoga

At in lieu, we believe that healthy doesn’t have to mean boring, and it can be fun and enjoyable. This past May, we partnered with Flow and Friends for their exclusive Puppy Yoga Hong Kong event, highlighting a joyful, mindful approach to urban wellness.

As the premium sustainable hydration partner, in lieu provided recyclable aluminium cans of Natural Artesian Water throughout the three 45-minute yoga sessions at the Peak Galleria. Proper hydration is vital during full-body workouts like yoga, serving as a crucial catalyst for both peak performance and post-session muscle recovery. 

The event wasn’t just for a way to relax through yoga, but acted as an adoption drive for the puppies. All dogs at the event were adoptable and all donations from the event went towards rescue efforts, medical care, and meeting any other needs.
